I went to the shop My Guy Auto Repair for an spark plug service which Mercedes benz service suggested it as required service for my miles. But the of My Guy was sincere of the service my car need snd upon driving my car, he told that the spark plug didn't need to be changed. He treated part of the family and send time to know me. I definitely will recommend My Guy to my friends and family. Thank you fir caring for your customers. I wish you a very prosperous business.

Always a great experience and extremely reliable. I recommend them to everyone. I’ve been using Gabe for years now. My BMW X5, my husband uses him as well for his M series and my daughter for her VW Jetta. I’d never go anywhere else.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **5 Stars – Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! ** I can't say enough great things about my experience with **My Guy Automotive**. Finding a mechanic, you can truly trust is rare, and this team exceeded every expectation. They replaced the shock absorbers and steering arms on my BMW X2 and also performed a comprehensive diagnostic inspection. What impressed me most was that they identified several issues that had never been brought to my attention by my previous mechanic. Rather than simply recommending repairs, they took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood what needed attention and why. Their pricing was very fair and competitive compared to the other estimates I received, and there were no surprises along the way. The level of transparency was outstanding. They even provided a before-and-after video of the work, which gave me complete confidence in the quality of their service. What truly sets My Guy Automotive apart is their customer care. They went above and beyond by picking up my vehicle and even driving me back home while the work was being completed. That level of convenience and personal service is something you just don't fin
